Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya

Paradigm Mall is part of the RM1.8 billion dynamic Paradigm integrated commercial development, WCT’s first commercial development in Petaling Jaya that comprises a corporate office tower (The Ascent), serviced apartments (The Azure & Sapphire Paradigm) and a 300-room luxury New World Petaling Jaya Hotel. Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru

Johor, Malaysia

Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru opened its doors on 28 November 2017. The mall is developed by WCT Hartanah Jaya Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of WCT Holdings Berhad. Located at Jalan Skudai, the seven-storey mall houses over five hundred retail shops operating on 1.3 million square feet (sq. ft.) of retail space. Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru is part of a carefully-crafted 13-acre integrated development that will later include a proposed 200-room business hotel and a 24-storey serviced apartment.

Sepang, Selangor, Malaysia

The modern gateway@klia2 is WCT Group’s third retail project and is part of the Group’s long-term concession with Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad. It is built with a shopping mall with airport concept and is located between the drop-off point and Main Airport Terminal. The mall has 360,000 sq. ft. of net lettable space spanning over 4 levels and 5,690 parking bays. Apart from the wide selection of retail offerings, the mall also functions as an integrated transportation hub for taxis, KLIA Ekspres/Transit, rented cars and buses.

SkyPark Terminal

Selangor, Malaysia

Widely known to the public as Subang Airport, it was officially opened to air traffic on 30 August 1965 and took pride in having the longest runway of 3.7km length and 45m width: runway 15 – 33 in Southeast Asia then, replacing the Sungai Besi Airport.
