Ministry of International Trade and Industry Headquarters, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
In early 2012, WCT secured a RM300 million contract to design and build the headquarters of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) on Jalan Khidmat Usaha, Kuala Lumpur.

This project consists of a 31-storey office tower, a two-storey carpark and a three-storey podium. The building is designed to comply with the Green Buildings Index (GBI) Gold Rating and is subjected to the QLASSIC Quality Assessment System for building construction works.

The scope of work includes design, development and construction including submission for and obtaining of approvals, architectural and engineering design and construction, procurement, testing and commissioning, completion of the works, defects rectification and maintenance of the building.

On 31 May 2016, WCT was awarded the High QLASSIC Achievement Award with a QLASSIC score of 82% at the QLASSIC Excellence Awards 2016 organised by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB).
