WCT was awarded an interior fit-out project of two hotels namely The Kempinski Hotel and Ixir Hotel under the Kempinski brand in the Bahrain City Centre.
The Kempinski Hotel is a 15 storey 5-star hotel adjoined to the Bahrain City Centre is set to be a unique and distinguished city hotel with world class conference and business facilities.
It consists of 200 luxuriously appointed rooms and suites. The hotel also include a 1,000 sqm day spa, which feature sauna and hamam, large outdoor pool and an extensive sundeck. It also features interconnecting conference and banquet rooms as well as private meeting rooms and boardrooms.
The IXIR Hotel, adjoined to the Bahrain City Centre is a 14 storey 4-star hotel and consists of 260 rooms. It also features interconnecting conference and banquet rooms as well as private meeting rooms and boardrooms.
The fit-out works includes:-
a. All internal dividing walls, partitions and ceilings to form the guest rooms, corridors, the BOH areas and the FOH areas
b. All architectural decorations and features to the guest rooms, corridors, FOH, restaurants, bars and BOH.
c. All MEPF installations, commissioning and testing including 14 LV systems for access control, PA, CCTV, BMS, telephone, MATV etc.
d. All vertical transportation.
e. Equipment supply and installation (including monitoring systems) for the kitchens and laundry.

g. Swimming pools
h. Business / conference center
i. Spa
