The 4G8 Office Development consists of 33-storey tower and 4 storey-deep basement carpark, soft and hard landscape feature, ingress and egress roads, mechanical, electrical and plumbing services (total build-up area is approx. 462,000 ft2).
The project takes the form of a design and construct contract, and the scope of works includes the investigation of the existing site conditions, design, construct and completion, testing and commissioning and approval of all requirement and structures as stated within this scope. The total contract sum is approximately RM195 million.

The project takes the form of a design and construct contract. The scope of works includes the investigation of the existing site conditions, design, construct and completion, testing and commissioning and approval of all requirement and structures as stated within this scope. The total contract sum is approximately RM262 million.
