The contract involves the proposed design, construction and completion of the Government Office Buildings consisting of two (2) office towers, related works at basements and external works at Lot 4G8 and 4G9, Precint 4, Pusat Pentadbiran Kerajaan Persekutuan, Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya. Lot 4G8 which houses the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development is 33-storey high while Lot 4G9 which houses the Ministry of Information Communications and Culture is 39-storey high.
The scope of the contract includes but not limited to structural and civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, interior design, landscape, external works, utilities and self-generated chilled water plant. The Contract Value for Lot 4G8 is RM195 million and RM262 million for Lot 4G9 respectively. Both buildings opened their doors on 15 August 2011.
