• Attend to walk-in customers and all in-coming calls.
• Attend to all sales enquiries and follow-up to close sales.
• Provide after sales service, ie. assist purchasers to apply loan, provide guidance on EPF withdrawals, follow-up on balance of down payments.
• Attend to customers complaints and liaise with the respective departments to resolve the problems or complaints.

• Possess at least a Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing of high end properties with a large developer is a major plus point.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, while an excellent command of English is highly desirable.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, a team player and able to work independently.

• Willing to work during weekend and public holidays.
• Must be computer literate.

• Ensure parking equipment and parking area running smoothly and response to all customers comments/ feedbacks in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Patrol in the assigned parking area and ensure safety for staffs, customers and visitors.
• To assist customers on queries of lost ticket, make payment and other related enquiries.
